“Excellent and very courteous Service polite and Jason explained what the issue was and how to fix it and has left me with instructions to defrost a fridge freezer for 48 hours which I will do and I’m really happy with the results.”

“This is the second time I have asked Alpha Appliances to repair an appliance, and as before, they attended very promptly and at an agreed time. The engineer was able to diagnose the fault and a quote for repair was emailed in a few days. It took about a week to source the parts required and then another day or two before the engineer came to fit them. I was impressed with the service, advice and communication with this company and will definitely use them again when another appliance fails to operate. Absolutely 5 star!”

He addressed the issue and helped by providing some tips to prolong the life of the washing machine. I'm very happy, Paul was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful.”

“After being constantly let down on appointments by other repair companies i didn’t hold much hope but Alpha appliances changed that. They were quick to respond to my enquiry and had me booked in and my appliance repaired in super fast time. The price I paid was emergency service at what other companies charged just for call out. Fast, friendly and more importantly they followed through. Highly recommend for a honest service.”
